Timelines vary by project scope. A residential interior design project typically spans 3–8 months from concept to completion. Commercial and fit-out projects can range from 4–12 months. We provide a detailed project timeline in every proposal.
Yes — we work on projects throughout the Philippines, including Cebu, Davao, Tagaytay, Boracay, and other locations. We also take select international projects. Travel and accommodation costs are outlined in the project proposal.
We charge a design fee based on the scope and scale of your project, which may be a flat fee or a percentage of the total project budget. Full transparency is provided upfront — no surprises. We offer packages for both design-only and full design-and-build engagements.
Absolutely. We're happy to incorporate your existing pieces into a new design. During the discovery phase, we'll assess your current furnishings and advise on what to keep, reposition, or replace to achieve the best result.
